MainFloor
On the first floor you have your own private entrance. The apartment is separated by a concrete floor from the upper floor which is rented separately (for max 2 persons). The floor has underfloor heating.
There is a bedroom on the first floor with 2 single box spring beds. It has 3 bedrooms for 6 people in total, however, the living room and kitchen sitting area is only suitable for 4 people. 
In the living room you will find a fireplace, cozy sitting area for 4 people, LED TV, DAB/Bluetooth radio, reading material, card and board games and 2 patio doors leading you to the terrace with 4 patio chairs and table with park view.
It has an open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, coffee filter machine (filter size 4), kettle, toaster and inventory for 6 people.
The bathroom is also on the first floor and is equipped with walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

Basement
The basement has 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 single box-spring beds and a window for daylight.  One of these bedrooms has extra long box-spring beds of 80 x 210 cm. You will also find in the basement a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, mop, ironing board and iron.
In addition, in the soutterain you will find air conditioning and a seperate toilet with sink.
