The property is also located a short distance from the forest and the Soesterduinen, a unique natural area where you can enjoy beautiful walks and cycling trips through forest, heathland, and drifting sands.

Ground floor
The ground floor features a natural stone floor with underfloor heating and offers a spacious living area where cooking, dining, and relaxing come together.

The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, induction cooktop, filter coffee machine (filter size 4), kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a complete kitchen inventory for 6 people. The dining table comfortably seats the entire group.

The living room has a cozy seating area with a wood-burning stove, a 42-inch LED TV, and a Bluetooth radio. There is also a reading corner with a comfortable armchair, books, and board and card games for extra relaxation during your stay.

The terrace behind the house overlooks the nearby sports field and is furnished with a garden table set for 6 people and a Yakiniku BBQ. The surrounding trees provide pleasant shade on warm summer days. The spacious garden also offers additional seating areas for those who prefer to enjoy the sun.

First floor
On the first floor there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed and a charming “Romeo and Juliet” balcony overlooking the sports field, the meadow, and the wooded surroundings.

The other two bedrooms are each furnished with two box spring beds.

This floor also has the bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin, and a washing machine with dryer function.
