The property features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two toilets, and is exceptionally well equipped with wellness facilities and modern home automation. Thanks to its spacious layout and high level of comfort, this villa is ideal for three couples, a group of friends, or a family who want to enjoy peace, nature, and luxury together.

All bedrooms are furnished to hotel standards, with comfortable beds, a 42-inch LED TV with streaming, two hanging wardrobes, and a work or vanity table with an Ethernet connection.

The curtains open and close automatically, and through the home automation system, the temperature, CO₂ levels, and humidity are automatically regulated per room for an optimal sleeping environment. Next to each bed there is a USB port for charging mobile devices.

Living and cooking on the ground floor

The living room is spacious and warmly decorated with a comfortable seating area, a 55-inch LED TV with Chromecast, and a modern LED fireplace. Through the integrated audio system, you can easily stream your own music throughout the house.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including an American-style refrigerator with ice maker, a 90 cm cooktop, dishwasher, wine cooler, and Quooker boiling water tap. The bar area is perfect for cooking together, having drinks, or enjoying breakfast.

From the living room you can step directly onto the spacious terrace. Here you will find a lounge area, a large outdoor dining table, an outdoor kitchen with a Black Bastard BBQ, atmospheric outdoor lighting, and an infrared patio heater.

At the side of the house you will find the private wellness area, featuring a cedar wood barrel sauna, a jacuzzi with automatic lift cover, and a cold plunge bucket. A wonderful place to relax after a walk in the Soesterduinen.

Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, hairdryer, and sun shower. In the hallway there is also a separate guest toilet.

Bedrooms and bathroom on the upper floor

Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms. One of these rooms features a spacious handcrafted oak balcony with views of the forest and the sand drifts of the Soesterduinen.

The bathroom on this floor includes a bathtub with shower, a toilet, and a double sink with heated mirror. There is also a practical laundry room on this floor with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron.

The property has parking space for three cars. The villa also features a private charging point for electric cars and bicycles.

During your stay, 10 Mbps Wi-Fi is included. This can be upgraded to 50 Mbps for an additional fee.

This property is exclusively rented for recreational purposes for a maximum of three weeks. Energy, bed linen, and towels are included during the stay.
