This is one seperate house of a duplex. It is suited for 6 people. It has three bedrooms of which one with double bed, one with 3 single beds and a room with one single bed.
This house was builed in the thirties and used to be a official residence. They tried to keep this athmosphere with the rebuilding in 1999. On the ground floor you have the kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, living room with an (electric-) fire place, TV, telephone and internet connection (optional) . In the entrance-hall there is a toilet. On the second floor you have a bathroom and 3 bedrooms. There is a basement with  freezer. This house can be rented for 2 months or longer.
